Emergency Medical Services Instructor Institute

Will be held on:  Sunday, August 15, Sunday, August 29, Sunday, September 12,

Sunday, October 10, Sunday, October 17, Sunday October 31, 2010.

All classes will be held from8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirement: Laptop required for all classes. All Sessions must be attended.

The program cost will cover all breaks and lunches for each of the class days, a text book and all other material for successful completion of this first step to State of Connecticut Department of Public Health, Office of Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Medical Services Instructor certification.

Registration FEE:$ 1,500.00 Registration Deadline date: The application and $600.00 deposit fee by July 25, 2010. Payment of the remaining balance submitted before the first class August 15, 2010. Other financial arrangements can be made by contacting the pws.ems@comcast.net
