The EMS Institute, a department in The Stamford hospital, provides emergency medical service (EMS) and critical care training education to EMT-Bs, EMT-Intermediates, Paramedics, Physicians, Registered Nurses, first responders and all allied health professionals. The Institute also runs the EMT-Paramedic Program in association with Norwalk Community Technical College.
