Each
of the Award Categories has been carefully outlined to
give you some insight into each or the persons for whom an
award has been named.
Use this booklet as a standard for your nomination.
Please
be sure your nomination includes sufficient selection
criteria as well as the important contact information.
The nomination document should be clear and
legible and supplemented with any relevant supporting
documentation you wish the Recognition Awards Committee to
review.
REMEMBER:
All supporting materials for either Paul Winfield Smith
Instructional Achievement Award or the Dr. Mark E. Quigley
Award must be
received under the same cover, postmarked or e-mailed by
the first Monday of February for consideration at
the Annual EMS Conference Recognition Banquet.
Materials for all the other awards must
be postmarked or e-mailed by the fourth Monday of April
for consideration to be awarded at during the Annual
National EMS Week Celebration in May each year.
All
materials that are submitted as part of a nominee’s
package become the property of EMS: Ed/Sem.
